How does each sorority make sure the PNMs aren't lying on their resumes? does each sorority have a copy of each girls transcript also or what?

Yes- sororities receive transcripts! The Recs should also give some sort of idea of what kind of person you are

You sign up for formal recruitment you sign a release form giving the sororities access to the transcripts the university has on file... So do not like or stretch the truth. We will already know

So why do they need a resume if everything they already need is on the transcript??

Everything we need to know is NOT on the transcript. Academics is only a small portion of a resume.
