I figure that mountain brook is a rich town but why are these girls wanted so badly during Rush? I'm very curious

It is mainly because they come from influencial families, good looking, have good grades and know tons of girls in the house ( so houses are competing for them) BUT houses can only take a certain amount of girls from MB (they cant take them all) so these girls are really competing against eachother. If you arent from there I wouldnt worry!
