They're alike in that one respect. However, I don't think they're alike in the way the house's "personality" is. AXO sisters are regarded as snobby but intelligent while XO sisters are regarded as laid back but atypical sorority girls.

I'd say phi mu and alpha chi are more similar in the all around type of girls they rush. Way more so than phi mu and zeta
