Are yall really this mean to each other? I was planning on rushing at UA, but after seeing this I think I'd rather not. This isn't what I imagined when I thought about Greek unity.

let's assume for a moment that you're an actual rushee -- you know gosh dang well you could watch us beat each other with nailed boards -- nothing is going to stop you from rushing us next year.

There are 3,000+ girls in sororities at Bama and numerous GDIs wishing them ill will. Considering it only takes about 10 misguided people contiunally posting on this site I think your decision not to rush is irrational. Also for the record most sorority and fraternity members completely avoid this site and that is why you see very few positive posts.

Yes it's called mind control and they all know it will work on you honey because there is a huge understanding amongst these people that YOU JUST WANT TO GET THROUGH YOUR LIFE WITHOUT STRUGGLE. That means catering to your ego until it's time to drop it. That means convincing the boys they won't get laid ever again. This is not North Korea, it's America. Be proud in your ability to be flourish in a country where the greek system is only one route despite what these nothings tell you.
