sorority comments

GreekGirl- My daughter's first day went well and I am sure the cooler weather was welcome. Just hope the rain was not to bad today. I think of all the houses my daughter visted she liked most and was really only turned off by one. I get the impression it is tough to get a real feel for things with ice waters, hopefully she gets a better idea of things after day three.

My youngest sister went through last year, and says the weather is much more bearable this year. I teasingly say it's just that she is inside the house this year. She is pretty sure that being smashed together with a bazillion excited sisters brings the temp inside the house up to whatever it is outside. I guess that's where her "it is cooler and better" thinking comes from. Let me know tomorrow how many parties she has for the second round, and if she calls and says her party list is not a full one tell her not to panic. If she keeps MAXIMIZING those famous options, she will be fine.

Can we get a tier rank from those in the know?

No way they'll offer up an Old Row slot to DZ when DG is probably coming back in a few years and has stronger Old Row status than DZ. "Someone about to get kicked off???" did a DZ start that rumor?

Ha I don't know..I am not a DZ. I'm in another sorority and heard that, no reason to get snotty. And why on earth would you think DG will be top status when they get back in 2010???

Gamma Phi has been here since 89' and I'm pretty sure they are still trying to build their rep.
