I did the cream rises to the top and my main point was for Pi Phi because they have been ranked in the middle for a while and at the start Chi O was down for a while and should be top 5. Sorry did not mean to cause trouble for DZ.

don't you be blaming pi phi for this we would never proclaim such a thing i think that i have read in the past dz using the cream rises to the top statement which is such an old fashioned term---an old dz alumnae must be doing this

I did not intend to imply I was a Pi Phi I just like your sorority and you are correct about the term cream rising to the top I got it from my ole football coach who used it all the time to motivate us. I can still hear him in the locker room after a big win telling us the cream always rises to the top. Anyway I like all of the sororities in my post and was not trying to dis anyone or create trouble among sororities. Peace out.

Seriously, what is the point in all of this? Why are you bashing each other? Why are you all not supporting each other instead? You are all in a unique environment and you should focus your energy on making change in the community (what being greek is all about) not trying to rank who is the best. What is the difference in old row and new row anyway? Is it that mommy and daddy pay more for you to be in old row? Is it that you think new row is not good enough? I was in old row and I will tell you now that old row means nothing in the REAL WORLD now. Grow up be mature people and come together to make a difference. No wonder there have been documentaries made about the Greeks at Alabama. Look at how you all are behaving. Shame on you.

This site was created with a bias in mind; the people who created it knew that those who responded would have strong positive and/or negative feelings. It is true that bashing each other does not show us in the best possible light; it is also true that the very nature of this site is competitive since the format requires opinion. Some of the rankings seem harsh, but others are equally oversweet. Let's hope that anyone seeking accurate information visits Bama and sees all of the many great houses, and just uses this site for its entertainment value.

Due to envy and Old Vs New row personal bias the rankings to the left are always going to be bogus. I have been around UA for a few years and am very familiar with all sororities. It is impossible to say who is #1 or #2. All sororities at UA are exceptional so even #15 is very good. So here are the tiers and sororities within each tier are alphabetical.

Tier 1: AXO, ADPi, Chi O, DDD, DZ, KKG, Phi Mu, Pi Phi.

Tier 2: Alpha Phi, AOPi, AGD, KD, GPB, Theta and Zeta.

Tier 3: Nobody
