Maybe. Maybe not. Sororities like high grades - 3.5 or above, but you may have other abilities, achievements or attributes that will make you appealing. Or you may have a friend in the house pulling for you. Or they need more redheads, or more women from Montgomery, or Texas, or Illinois, or some women who play piano, or athletes for the intramural teams.
3.2 is OK.

yes thats fine but it also is based on a lot of other things like personality, style, looks, etc
