Contact Panhellenic or individual sororities to find out who is doing COB.
I would advise at least going to some events (if you get invited.) You don't have to accept a bid if you don't want it, and they don't prevent you from rushing in the fall. With formal recruitment bids, you are tied to that bid for a full year. COB bids don't do that. So you might as well try COB and see what happens. If you fall in love with a house, then join. If not, go through formal.
