This is based on this year. Axo is top, kd, tri delt, and kappas pledge classes were great this year and stay relevant. Phi mu isn't old row and yet still deny it. Alpha gams got cuter, but still not talked about, chi o had too much drama this year and got their social calendar dropped so no one ever hears about them. And the rest will always be where they are.

DDD and Kappa just don't have what it takes to be top tier move them down. They're old row and that's great but they aren't anything special
