No.
65% of sorority women are OOS.

It's hard in the sense that instate girls from certain areas know several girls if not more in each house, and connections are really important. Just do your best and prepare and you'll be fine. Also to echo an above poster, all of our sororities are good and PNM's should feel lucky to get a bid to any of them.
