Old Row (new definition) refers to a loosely organized group of fraternities and sororities who pay a fee to participate in a couple of beer parties a year. They produce T shirts for the parties and you occasionally see these Ts being worn around campus.
Some people think these are the elite Greek groups on campus.
They're not necessarily. They just have extra money to kick in for the party.

Phi mu isn't old row anymore. They were for the rest of 2014 but this semester they no longer are. You pay your old row dues by calendar year not school year so that's why they had the fall old row tshirts. When the spring old row shirts are offered phi mu won't be included
