fraternity rush

For us freshmen who didn't Rush before this year, but are interested in pledging next year, when does rush stuff start and when should I start contacting members?

There are Spring rush events that happen second semester. I would contact them maybe mid-november and just let them know you're interested in rushing and they'll be able to tell you from there. They may tell you to talk to them closer to time or whatever.
