If I pledged another sorority at another university my freshman year, but didn't initiate, would that be viewed negatively by the sororities at bama if I went through fall rush as a sophomore this upcoming year? I wanted to go to bama but the sorority I pledged wasn't at bama, so that's why I am not affiliating at bama with the sorority I pledged.

If you were never initiated, you cannot "affiliate" with any house at Bama. Affiliation is strictly for active, initiated members. You can go through rush, just like any other girl.

Yeah but if you never initiated you couldn't affiliate even if we had your sorority. Affiliating is for actives.
