all of the new houses are great/are going to be great! Out of the ones currently with renders and ones that are built, I like Alpha Phi, Tri Delt, KD, DG, and ADPi.

There is just something wrong with you people. They are all beautiful and unique. How sad that you find ANYTHING to be negative about! Even our older houses are beautiful and most sororities would be proud to call them theirs. GROW UP.

Alpha Phi - Love the huge porch, tower, a totally gorgeous house but r-e-a-l-l-y hard too look at from the sidewalk. Proportions are too big for its site.
Gamma Phi - Too soon to tell. Looking forward to seeing it shape up.
Alpha Chi - Unoriginal and boring
Alpha Gam - Also unoriginal and boring
ADPi - Most beautiful of the new houses
Chi Omega- Same old, just bigger. So much for the old riverboat look!
DG - Nice, but looks like a fraternity from the outside
DDD - Love it but too Italian, doesn't go with other campus architecture even if it does have columns.
Phi Mu - Love the white elliptical porch, hope you keep that in the new house. Most beautiful house in the spring when the pink azalea bloom!

The Alpha Gam house because it retains the style of the old house.

The Tri Delt house is beautiful but doesn't look very Southern.
