I'm not interested in top tier necessarily. I'm gonna be an out of state student with no connections. Are there any academic fraternities that don't haze and have at least a decent house? I'm interested in something I can actually get into that I'd be happy in.

By academic I meant ones that focus s lot on grades and the like.
