spring rush?

I decided not to rush this year so I could get settled in, but I was planning on rushing next year until I heard about Spring Rush.Can anyone tell me how the spring rush process works?

Very few houses will do spring recruitment, only two or three if any. The only time houses will do it is if their numbers are way down and they need girls and honestly with the amount of girls that came through formal recruitment this year, I would not count on it. Your best bet is to do formal recruitment in the fall.
