If I didn't get a bid after rush, can I rush again? What are my chances of getting into a sorority?

Yes, you can rush again.
No clue about your chances. Check your grades. If they're not a 3.0 or above, that might be a clue.
Meanwhile, sign up for some other clubs and stuff.
