How are snaps working this year? There isn't a COb form to fill out.

Theyre two completely different things. snap bids are given to girls who maximized their options all week and were still cut from every house--snap bids will get a call saturday morning saying that they've been given a snap bid and to go to the stadium to get the bid with everyone else.

COB is a seperate process that will start probably September/October by houses who still need to fulfill quota because of girls dropping after receiving bids. You can COB for a year if you accept a bid given to you.

Is it possible to get a Snap Bid if you were dropped after Philanthropy, or do they usually give them to girls who made it to skit?

They could, but highly unlikely, that would mean you are really far down their, probably for a reason, it wasn't a match
