do sororities here bid girls who aren't american?

I've been bored and sifting through the discussions here, Greek life in the States sounds way different than it is up here in Canada. We're really diverse! I saw the thread about percentages of girls from out of state getting bids, and I was curious what those numbers were like for foreigners?
