Looking to rush next year and I'm being realistic in saying already that I won't get into most of old row or really any other top tier fraternities based on the fact that I'm not a legacy and that I'm not from the south. What would be some solid middle tier fraternities to get in contact with as well as what are some sleeper picks of fraternities that are on the rise.
