rush in spring

Do the better fraternities give bids to current freshmen in the spring? Or do they prefer to recruit freshmen? I'm curious because I'm considering not pledging right now in the fall

Any house that does spring rush is not a very strong one. The ones that dont spring rush will still take sophomores

So strong houses take inconing sophomores at the same time as incoming freshmen? Ok I see
