what are your opinions?

I am an out of state student from the northeast and I have been in contact with DKE, Theta Chi, Pi Kappa Phi, AKL, Pi Kappa Psi, Kappa Sigma, Delta Chi, Delta Tau Delta, and Sigma Chi. I just wanted to know how these fraternities rank against each other as well as how they are viewed. Thanks for the help in advance.

DKE, SX, KappaSig, Theta Chi, Pi Kappa Phi/Psi (idk much bout either), Delta Chi... and the rest

You won't get a bid to DKE and probably not to Theta Chi.

Other than those two Pi Kap and Sigma Chi are the next best that you might get a bid to.

From top to bottom Id rank em

DKE-(Probably too late to get a bid, and if you arent from Mobile its a weird group)
Theta Chi- Top New Row house, not much more to say
Pi Kap- On the rise, nice new house and band parties
Sigma Chi- Middle tier, decent new row house
DTD- Low-Middle tier, parties hard and has a long history here

After that I wouldnt bother with the other houses
