So every sorority swaps with other fraternities every week, so when ppl classify the "party" sororities do they mean they swap more or are just the ones that are always at every party?

It just means a sorority that has a lot of girls that like to party. Drink a lot , etc.

Wild girls, has nothing to do with swaps.

This is funny
Almost every swap I have been at has drunk wild ladies.
Yep every house every swap has that one girl who had too much.
The difference is how the girls react to her.
Some houses attack and shame while other houses come to the aid of the party girl.
