costs for lower-middle tier fraternities?

Can anyone give me an idea on how much dues are for lower to middle tier fraternities? I know the average after first semester is around $2,500, but I don't know if more expensive old row fraternities bring that number up higher.

Lower tiers tend to be less than 2000

Some lower tiers are over 3k. Just depends.

Middle tier will be anywhere from $3k to $4k with all the new houses and renovations
