by: rusheeso what are the best "middle/lower tier" fraternities here? i'm assuming a lot of bids have been given out already so which are the best fraternities that probably will be still rushing once school starts?

much more accurate. i would maybe at lambda chi as a bottom middle tier. i would say theta chi is higher than all the others.
