After each day of recruitment, I know each girl lists her sororities in order of preference. Do the sororities see where they are on the girls' lists?

It's not after each day, it is after each round. And no, no one but you will ever know what you put down because it is computerized.

Sororities do not see your order of preference. They only know who's coming back...and then, only right before a party.
