What do actives do with the picture we upload onto our online registration?

Throw darts at it.

They just use it to identify you. If there is a vote regarding two PNMS, it is usually shown to members so they can remember who they are voting on.

What Wesley said is true. Also, if we see that you have something in common with a certain girl, you'll get paired up with her for ice water tea and that helps her spot you when you come in the house.
