Should our philanthropy/bid day tshirts be oversized or more true to size during rush?

It should be true to size. You want to look as polished as possible.

You want it to be truer to size that maybe what you'd normally wear, but I would not advise getting a skin tight t-shirt. I am a size small, but I normally wear large t-shirts and I got a medium. Just tuck it into a cute pair of shorts and wear a belt. That looks put together without look too strange wearing a skin tight t-shirt.
