I was wondering the same. At my high school it was "cool" to not wear makeup is it the same here?

Yes, but it varies. The majority of girls wear minor makeup, just the essentials so they don't look like they just rolled out of bed. Some don't wear any. But it is very rare to see girls go all out with the eye shadow, blush, lipstick, etc. If you wear a ton of makeup, people will automatically assume you're a freshman. Hope this helps!
