Alabama Ka question

Did this fraternity just not get in trouble for very publicly hazing some kids and having a pledge throw up in some other kids mouths?

KA is the oldest frat on campus and the first. It's golden. They can have the most outrageous hazing invented or imagined and they just keep going. Their alumni include governors, judges, law enforcement officials, corporation CEOs, ministers, doctors. They're going nowhere. Forever.

No one cares about governors, judges, ceos of the poorest state in the US. The state of Alabama doesn't have a very good reputation
