Top party fraternities that throw the hardest going into Spring 2025 in no order:
Phi Delt, Pike, Pi Kapp, Sigma Pi, Beta, DTD, Kappa Sig, Lambda Chi, Delta Chi

Yeah so? Theta chi and sigma chi shouldn’t be on this list. Maybe the other 2, yes.

OX tried to slip their name in with SX DKE and SAE like they deserve to be in the same conversation lmao too obvious.
SX DKE SAE KS Beta ATO PKA are the most active groups, SX DKE KS PKA are also involved heavily in community service or grades or athletics a lot too but not as much as below.
SP DTD Lambda OX SigEp KA Fiji are active too but to a lesser extent. These guys are more about grades or community involvement and date nights/bar crawls for their social stuff.

The OP clearly states that the list is for the top party houses. DKE. OX. EX and SAE are for the most part a bunch of over privileged. dorks that don’t throw very hard.
