All the sororities are looking for girls with high GPA's, leadership experience and a nice personality that fits with the chapter. No one cares about race.

disagree with this. Honestly. Certain chapters look at looks, other's grades, other's zip code…it's the truth. They miss out on great girls by doing that but that's how it works. But ya race will matter much less this year.

This is why there are 16/17 sororities and not just two or three. But ALL sororities wand good grades, good rep, pleasant personality and at least some volunteer experience.

Maybe but a girl can have all those things and still not even be looked at from certain sororities. For example if you're from Seattle and had all those things KD would still drop you first round.
