None of them unless you have a condo in westgate- rich kids are in duplexes and houses

The apartments on the strip are way more than the houses. You are looking at around $1300 per person by strip because don’t forget they have gyms, pools, and other stuff and you can walk everywhere oh and covered secure parking. Parkview is a few hundred cheaper, bigger rooms but walking sucks and that train! Houses are definitely better if you want to save money

You might be right about housing prices, but if you’re talking about where the fr rich sorority girls and frat guys live— its rarely those apartments

can't say if someone is rich or not by apartments or houses.I am in a house because I couldn't afford the rent in my apartment anymore.I am by no means rich and I pay my own rent.I loved my apartment:walk to bars, class, sorority house, gym, pool, and tanning. The house I am in actually a few blocks behind my old apartment is $400 less but I loved the apartment more. The benefit is my bedroom is bigger in house. And btw bama is full of fake rich people so be careful of that if it matters to you.

Rich billionaire people go to ivy league schools and liberal arts schools

The smart ones going on to grad school come to Alabama to get a free ride for all four years and then get into any law or medical or MBA school of their choice. If you were one of them you would understand; you don't get and stay rich by spending your money unnecessarily at overpriced wokeass schools with a degree in women's anthropological alternative dance studies.

You're right, all of the 3rd and 4th generation Harvard and Yale students are deciding to buck tradition and forfeit connections to come to Alabama just to save a couple hundred thousand dollars on tuition. That's definitely what happens.

If you are close to the strip you are looking at 1100-1500 a month. Some people pay double that of what they would pay in a house. So any apt within walking distance to strip those people are paying crazy amounts. All rich apartments to me. I’m in parkview just because I didn’t want to pay $$$ and I wanted a big bedroom. The walking to class does suck and when I drive I have had plenty of times a ticket because couldn’t find a spot.
