Zeta, ChiO, and Aphi are all ahead of Tri Delt at Texas. Lowkey hanging onto big 6 for relevancy, only OR frats like them and NR who think hanging out with big 6 will make them better. They don’t really have anything going for them.

This ranking is so different from PAC12 (now western Big 10) schools it’s insane! I can’t believe aphi isn’t a top house at SEC schools. It’s constantly a good house on the west coast/arizona. Same with pi phi/g phi. SEC and southern schools are so different!

A Phi is big in some areas of the country, but they come across nationally as such a pick me sorority it isn’t even funny. My sister is thinking about Arizona, and I’m mortified it’s a top house there because every school our family has attended it’s the loose sorority. All beauty, no brains
