What does everyone really think abt SAE
by: SAEI'm thinking about transferring to another school. I'm currently in a SAE chapter I know most of this site is bs but how is this chapter thought of down there in all aspects.

SAE at Alabama is Old Row - meaning, if you are not from the South, don't bother. Maybe they have one or two guys out of region, but am sure they are not treated equally. They had huge hazing and legal issues and should have been kicked off campus for putting a pledge in the hospital last year but have too many ties in the corrupt Alabama legal system that saved them. Current president seems decent and maybe can turn it around. If you went to high school in Ala or neighboring state, it will be the place for you.
