KD is not as desirable as it used to be. They have given snap bids the last five years. One of those years they gave 30 snap bids.

No they have not. Check your facts and with Panhellenic - they have actually ranked in the top 5 for rate of return in recruitment the past few years.

Actually, sororities learn their rate of return so....
If you are saying they do not know rate of return than there is no way of knowing if they gave 30 snap bids... use some common sense.
