Rushing as an international student

I have heard alot about it being hard to get into a sorority, as an international student? i just finished my High School exchange year in alabama, and i have heard SO much about the univertsity of alabama and the greek life. I plan on applying there.
But i have heard, that it's extremly hard to get into a sorority as an internatinal student? Pi Mhu and Zeta Tau Alpha are my top houses, and i feel like its where i 'belong', its sounds so stupid ik.
Sooo is it THAT hard to get into a 'top house' as an international student?

Being an international student isn't a big deal. Just go to rush and be yourself! Also, try not to go into rush with ideas about which sororities are your favorite and where you think you belong. You have to meet the girls first! There is a lot of competition and a lot of the sororities are good. Be yourself and you will land in the right place.
