more than 2 recs

Is it detrimental to have more than 3 recs, like will I be cut from sororities for it during rush? Because sometimes you ask a few people and they all submit one for you.

It won't hurt you, but it's really annoying.

If you have that many alums willing to write them for you, don't turn them down, but there's no need to deliberately secure more than two per group.
