Observations Post-Rush

Been on campus for 3 years and some observations:
1. With more OOS and OOR girls in the freshman class each year, NR is rising fast.
2. OR houses that have evolved and recruited top non-Southern PNMs are maintaining their ranking like DDD and AXO. This year KKG got on board too and did well (they recruited below expectations the two prior years.
3. OR that refuses to change who they want and embrace social media are less and less popular every year like KD, XO, and AGD.
4. PM is losing relevance because they don't get well connected Southern girls nor are they the first choice for the girls obsessed with their looks. They have taken the biggest hit over the last 3 years.
5. ZTA is top.
6. Piphi, DZ, Gphi and Theta are benefitting the most from the changing demographic of Bama freshman classes.
7. There is more diversity than ever in NR houses. This is such good progress.
8. DG and Aopi continue to get Southern PNMs that were cut by other OR houses. This keeps them status quo.
