Without mentioning a single house… it appears that some of you are upset that houses you deem not as relevant or not as great as others are finally excelling at recruitment and having their pick of PNMs (and gasp! recruiting better than the “best houses”)
Not every girl wants old row, nor do they even care at this point in time. The ranks are changing, what PNMs want out of a sisterhood is changing. If you don’t evolve with the times, you’ll get left behind. It’s already showing with the results of this years recruitment with many “in-state tops” going to new row houses. Best of luck next year!

Sigma Kappa, Theta, and Delta Gamma got great pledge classes!
Prediction: Zeta will have retention problems. They came on strong rushing, but that chapter has "sisterhood problems." Girls who pledged will discover, oooops.One is a Phi Mu legacy who went Zeta. Smh
Any pledges who don't go through with initiation can rush again next fall. Zeta pledges, keep that in mind.

The funny thing is OR houses don’t even think about this. There is zero hate for Zeta or anyone else. Lose the chip on your shoulder and be excited all the houses did well! No one cares about this anymore so stop trying to make it a thing.

This right here. The way some people are more concerned about being in a “cool” old row house and frown upon the YouTube and TikTok girls, but check out some of those girls (ie Lauren on YT or Kylan on TT) who are financially set and living their best lives. We can’t be surprised that some girls would rather be in a new row house. Different girls want different things as generations change. Different people different priorities and especially as we get more and more out of staters!
