Being low on one house's list doesn't mean you are necessarily high enough on the other's to match before they reach quota. Make sure your #1 knows you want that bid!

Actually that is exactly the way it works. U want to be lower on 2nd house so that u r ranked lower then when they get to quota. If u do that, u will be quota plus for house #1. If u r ranked below quota in house #2, u automatically get ur 1st house bc u maximized options

Sorry, no, you don't automatically get your first choice as a quota addition. Other factors are also considered when placing quota additions, such as your relative place on each bid list and the sizes of the two chapters.

that is not how it works! there is a chance you will receive your second choice even if you tell them you like the other house better. It does NOT move you up on the bid list of the number 1 choice. BE POLITE IN BOTH HOUSES. Tomorrow one of them will be your new home.
