What is Kappa Delta like?

I've heard mixed things about Kappa Delta. What is their vibe? Is it a good fit for someone out of state? Someone from the West Coast? I'm worried my friend won't fit in. She doesn't have Daddy's money either.

They dirty rush and bid promise. They also set money aside for panhellenic fines.

KD is a hard place to fit in if you’re not in that core group of girls (aka from mountain brook, mobile, small town Alabama, etc.)

I’d advise her to choose another house
