Here are the actual vibes of each house keeping it positive. Each house is different and goes for different types of girls. So what could be a top house to one pnm may not be to another. Everyone is different and that's what makes us a great greek system.
In alphabetical order:
AXO - well rounded, involved, good grades, pretty, southern
ADPi - involved, good grades, girl next door, good sisterhood
AGD - top grades, involved, southern, religious, nice girls
AOPi - nice, good sisterhood, low drama, fly under the radar
APhi - social, very pretty, fun girls, have girls from all over
XO - southern, well rounded, fun girls, "crunchy" vibe
DDD - southern, fly under the radar, "cool" girls, fun and social
DG - good grades, involved, girls from all over, good sisterhood
DZ - social, fun girls, have girls from all over, very friendly
GPB - social, fun, friendly a little more northern but have girls from all over
KAT - friendly, girls from all over, low drama, fly under the radar
KD - southern, lot of alabama girls, social, cool girl vibes
KKG - also southern with a lot of bama girls, really social, chill girl vibes
PM - very pretty, pageant girls, involved, southern
PBP - well rounded, involved, social, fun girls, fly under the radar
SK - nice girls, great sisterhood, have girls from all over
ZTA - very pretty, social, best on social media, girls from all over

Agreed. This is better than a rank. If I like to be involved and worry about grades then there’s a house for me…or any combo of activities there’s a house that fits you best and that would be your “top tier” house
