Whats the difference between pi kapp sig chi and theta chi?

Pi kapp
Sigma chi
Theta chi

Pi kapp is very northern, boys are brunette city boys from jersey, ny, those areas.
Theta chi is city boys too but more Chicago, Atlanta, Florida. Still same look and act tho.
Sigma chi is new row but very southern. Most atl, alabama, Tennessee boys. My fav out of the three. Best variety of looks and location. Def a mix of boys tho

Agreed. Sigma chi is the better of the three but last year pi kapp was bec sig was on probation

Pi kapp has southern guys too and i don’t think sigma chi even throws parties that people go too tbh
