Duh, the role of diversity chair here is simply to find beers to stock in the house besides Natty Light. Mix it up a bit. But no Bud Light, of course.

Why are there even DEI chairs in fraternities at Alabama? That stuff needs to go away. Dont pledge any “fraternity” that has a DEI officer. Top tier or not. DEI will bring a house down.
