Old Row vs New Row

I’m new to this and just wondering what is the differences between Old Row and New Row?

old row: southern, classy but fun, mostly southern but not always but are never like nasty nj girls are something, very prestigious houses (top houses, most saught after, etc)

new row: is pretty much the exact opposite of that

new row: talk ish about you to your face
old row: talk ish about you behind your back

Some OR houses have higher GPA requirements to begin with, especially AGD, AXO and likely Chi O

OR houses are the ones all the AL girls want and other southern girls because their moms and high school friends care. It’s a mentality that has not evolved. 60% of the kids in campus are out of state. Times be changing.

NR picks the best girl for their house vibe no matter the zip code.

Ironically, AL girls from small cow towns do think they are superior than a girl from NYC, Chicago, LA. It’s really something and so funny.
