Can someone describe or explain what a Top PNM means or what makes them a Top PNM

Varies by house. For some a top PNM is valedictorian honors college type. For some it is state distinguished young woman. For some it is insta baddie. For some it is 12th generation Mt. Brook. There is rarely a girl that fits the vibe of every house.

Don't worry about it. As stated above, every house is looking for something different in their favorites. Be your best version of you and you will find your home and be happy and proud of your letters. Pnm's have a bad rush when they are acting to try to fit what they think a house wants. Every sorority can sniff that out in a pnm immediately.

Yeah, not to mention they are almost always miserable where they land for not finding their real people.
