I know others have already said it, but Phi Mu is not a top house and hasn’t been for at least 5 years. KD, KKG, DDD, XO and AXO are all top and the same rank - it just depends on where you’re from. Phi Mu has fallen below those five, but they’re still ahead of AGD.
