Because they were never interested in being a sorority sister. They were only interested in using the Bama Rush process and getting a sorority bid to increase their followers and hype their imagined influencer careers. That's the only reason they came to UA or even college for that matter. Sororities can see that in these girls because it's so obvious what they are doing, and sororities don't want these stupid girls as members. That's why they don't get bids. Why would these girls then go for a small sorority outside of Bama Rush that would do nothing for their goal of internet fame?

Because they don't do formal rush like the other houses. There would be nothing for them to post. Girls who go sdt are there for sisterhood and to belong to a group - they don't need the hype
