Fraternity rush confusing

My brother is planning to rush and coming up for darties. I wish fraternities had the same system for inviting people back to the houses. It is not structured and I don't know what to tell him. He would be new row.

Fraternity rush is more relaxed - he should text any rush chairmen of ones he is interested in and let them know when you will be in town for BB. IFC has an official rush week before classes start but many houses already have given all bids out by then.
